Lawyer Dr. Donatas Lengvinas

 

Lawyer Donatas LengvinasLawyer Donatas Lengvinas has worked in lawyers’ Kazimiera Stanislava Barvidytė, Donatas Lengvinas, Edvardas Staponkus law office since 2012.

In 2000, Donatas Lengvinas graduated the Lithuanian Law (now Mykolas Riomeris) University with a Bachelor of Laws degree. In 2003, he completed his Master’s studies in the Faculty of General Government in the Lithuanian Law (now Mykolas Riomeris) University. In 2011, he defended his dissertation on social studies at Klaipeda University and received his Ph.D.

From 2000 to 2002, Donatas Lengvinas worked as an investigative magistrate, chief investigative magistrate at the Investigation Subsection next to the Klaipėda Regional Police Station.

From 2002 to 2005, he worked as a public prosecutor at the Klaipėda Regional District Prosecutor’s Office.

From 2005 to 2011, he worked as Deputy Chief Prosecutor for Klaipėda Regional District.

From 2011 to 2012 – Raseiniai region district Chief attorney as Šiauliai County Prosecutor’s Office Telšiai Regional District Prosecutor’s Office as chief prosecutor. While working in various law enforcement institutions, significant experience was acquired in the fields of pre-trial and case legal proceedings’ terms, criminal law and criminal procedure law.

While working at the Prosecutor’s Office, Donatas Lengvinas specialised in investigating traffic accident (Republic of Lithuania Criminal Code p. 281) criminal cases, controlling procedural decisions admitted by police officers in material for refusals to begin pre-trial investigations.

The defended dissertation provided certain competencies in the areas of juvenile crime, child and family law.
